I have been in the building trade over 35 years, I not only identify moisture issues but also provide guidance on effective solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the surveying industry and a extensive background in property restoration, including experience in the insurance sector, I specialise in assessing, restoring, and repairing buildings affected by moisture-related damages and flooding and have acquired several qualifications and memberships to different associations to ensure that I provide the best service possible. I am regulated by RICS, and have also obtained a level 6 diploma in residential surveying, in addition, I am a member of the Residential Property Surveying Association, an associate of BDMA, which stands for British Damage Management Association and recently acquired a Distinction Certificate in Conveyancing which helps in understanding the legal side of the process.

Besides locally working in West Sussex, travelling throughout the UK has often been the case for many years for my clients with issues with their properties, from damp and flooding or just an impartial independent Building Survey.
