We provide comprehensive reports that include recommendations for remedial actions to address damp and mould issues, as well as specialised drying techniques if necessary, for landlords, social housing providers, and private clients. Other concerns such as dangerous electrical faults, damaged external doors or windows, and other issues, are also documented in the report.
Tenants should request an inspection through their landlord if they do have concerns, who can arrange for a survey to be conducted.
Be aware that Awaab’s Law covers more than just damp and mould problems. It is important to engage a qualified professional with expertise in residential surveying and a specialisation in moisture assessments to perform an appropriate evaluation.
