I have been in the building trade for over 30 years and have acquired several qualifications and memberships to different associations to ensure that I provide the best service possible. I am regulated by RICS and ACABE, which are the Associate Chartered Association of Building Engineers, and have also obtained a level 6 diploma in residential surveying, in addition, I am a member of the Residential Property Surveying Association, an associate of BDMA, which stands for British Damage Management Association and recently acquired a Distinction Certificate in Conveyancing.

Besides locally working in West Sussex, travelling throughout the UK has often been the case for many years for my clients, which has extended my experience.

As I am independent, it allows me to do consultation and subcontracting work.
